17 червня під час відпрацювання території Путильського району правоохоронці задокументували незаконне перевезення лісодеревини. Наразі вирішується питання про арешт транспортного засобу та вантажу. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Співробітники групи реагування патрульної поліції Путильського відділення поліції у селі Рипень зупинили вантажівку «УРАЛ» з лісодеревиною і встановили, що 40-річний буковинець перевозив приблизно 20 кубометрів деревини хвойної породи. Правоохоронцям кермувальник пояснив, що купив деревину для будівництва та надав для перевірки документи, у яких поліцейські виявили ознаки підробки.
Слідчо-оперативна група здійснила заміри деревини для встановлення суми завданих збитків.
За фактом правопорушення слідчі поліції відкрили кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 358 (Підроблення документів, печаток, штампів та бланків, збут чи використання підроблених документів, печаток, штампів) Кримінального кодексу України.
Наразі слідчі звернулися до суду з клопотанням про накладення арешту на вилучений транспортний засіб і вантаж. Досудове розслідування триває. Поліцейські встановлюють походження лісодеревини та законність її перевезення. Триває досудове розслідування та здійснюються необхідні перевірки.
