Верховна Рада ухвалила у другому читанні законопроєкт № 3377 про підтримку культури, креативних індустрій, туризму, малого та середнього бізнесу через карантин пов’язаний із поширенням COVID-19.
Про це йшлося на засіданні парламенту 16 червня, пише “УП“.
Законопроєкт підтримали 343 народні депутати.
Закон передбачає:
- Зменшення орендної плати для закладів культури, які не можуть використовуватися через карантин, тощо.
- Зміни до закону про рекламу, які передбачають додаткові можливості для роботи радіо.
- На період карантину та до 31 грудня 2020 року телерадіоорганізації та провайдери програмної послуги, що використовують радіочастотний ресурс, звільняються від оплати 50% вартості послуг Концерну радіомовлення, радіозв’язку та телебачення.
- Забезпечується діяльність Українського культурного фонду, виконання покладених на фонд функцій та повноважень у межах кошторису.
Кабінет міністрів у місячний строк з дня набрання чинності закону має розробити та затвердити порядок та умови надання державної підтримки кінематографії у формі надання державної субсидії на розвиток кінопроекту.
Також уряд має затвердити перелік платних послуг, які можуть надаватися державними і комунальними закладами культури, що не є орендою.
