21-річну дівчину, яка намагалася втекти з-під варти, знайшли правоохоронці. За рішенням суду, обвинувачена проведе за ґратами ще більше двох років.
У січні Шевченківський районний суд засудив 21-річну жительку Кіцманщини, до позбавлення волі. Покарання вона мала відбувати у Чернівецькому слідчому ізоляторі.
Про це повідомила Чернівецька місцева прокуратура, пише ІА АСС.
Коли засуджену доставили до лікарні ЛШМД для проходження флюорографії, вона, скориставшись відсутністю уваги зі сторони працівників конвойного наряду та лікаря, втекла з кабінету через вікно. Дівчину оперативно розшукали правоохоронці та доставили до слідчого ізолятора. Під час судового розгляду обвинувачена повністю визнала свою вину та підтвердила усі обставини вчинення нею кримінального правопорушення.
Суд остаточно призначив покарання дівчині у вигляді 2 років 3 місяців позбавлення волі.
