Чернівецька місцева прокуратура підтримала публічне обвинувачення відносно 29-річного мешканця Чернівців за фактом вчинення кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених ч.2 ст.194, ч.2 ст.15 ч.2 ст.194, ч.1 ст.185 та ч.1 ст.296 Кримінального кодексу України (умисне знищення майна, за кваліфікуючими ознаками вчинене шляхом підпалу, закінчений замах на умисне пошкодження чужого майна шляхом підпалу, крадіжка та хуліганство).
Про це повідомила пресслужба прокуратури у Чернівецькій області.
Так, наприкінці минулого року, у нічний час доби, чоловік підпалив на території міста Чернівців 6 автомобілів та намагався підпалити ще одну автівку, а також пошкодив 11 припаркованих транспортних засобів, порізавши шини автомобілів.
Також, у грудні минулого року, обвинувачений викрав 2 розкладних ножі з припаркованого транспортного засобу, розбивши скло передніх дверей.
Своїми протиправними діями зловмисник спричинив потерпілим шкоди на загальну суму майже 250 тис грн.
У ході судового розгляду обвинувачений повністю визнав свою вину та щиро розкаявся у скоєному. Суд призначив чоловікові покарання у вигляді 4 років позбавлення волі
