До поліції звернувся 50-річний житель села Зелена Липа та повідомив про те, що невідома особа незаконно заволоділа його автомобілем «ВАЗ 21011» та, від’їхавши декілька метрів, вчинила ДТП.
Про це інформує відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Для з’ясування обставин злочину на місце події виїхали слідчо-оперативна група та група реагування патрульної поліції Хотинського відділення поліції.
У результаті проведених оперативно-розшукових заходів правоохоронці встановили особу порушника. Ним виявився 22-річний односельчанин потерпілого. Зловмисник скористався відсутністю власника авто та незаконно заволодів транспортним засобом, який був припаркований біля будинку. Проїхавши на ньому декілька метрів, не впорався з керуванням, зіткнувся з електроопорою та втік з місця пригоди.
Поліцейські оперативно розшукали порушника, який зізнався у скоєному та повернув автомобіль власнику.
За вказаним фактом слідчі поліції внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України. Проводиться досудове розслідування
