Кіцманські поліцейські вилучили у 40-річного жителя села Суховерхів мисливський нарізний карабін. Жодних документів на володіння вогнепальною зброєю у чоловіка не було, про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції.
За фактом незаконного поводження зі зброєю слідчі розпочали кримінальне провадження. Слідчі внесли відомості про виявлене правопорушення до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками частини 1 статті 263 (Незаконне поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами) Кримінального кодексу України. Санкція статті передбачає позбавлення волі на строк від 3 до 7 років.
Вилучений карабін поліцейські направили на експертизу.
