У Рідківцях на Новоселиччині будують нову школу. Тут буде новий просторий навчальний корпус, розрахований на 650 учнів, величезний спортзал міжнародного класу, музей, їдальня, гімнастичний зал та кінотеатр.

Цей довгобуд в Чернівецькій ОДА вирішили внести його до переліку 5 буковинських шкіл, котрі відкриють у 2020 році, реалізовуючи національний проєкт «Велике будівництво».
“Нині 543 школярі навчаються у пристосованих приміщеннях колишнього технікуму, стан їх аварійний. Тому селу украй потрібна нова школа”, – пояснює в. о. старости Рідківців Василь Корнецький.
Підрядник каже, завершити будівництво цього року реально. Необхідно ще облаштувати газопровід, вентиляцію, виконати внутрішні оздоблювальні роботи. Уже готові водопровід, каналізація, котельня. Будівля має утеплений фасад та горище, енергоощадні вікна. Велику спортивну залу опалюватимуть електрикою. Це перший об’єкт, на якому застосували обігрів, вбудований у стіни.
Школа буде доступною для учнів з інвалідністю. Тут є підйомник та ліфт, яким можна дістатися на другий та третій поверх.
