У Чернівецькій області, попри карантинні обмеження, поліцейські дозволяли проїхати карантинний пункт пропуску мешканцям Буковини, які прямували до Хмельницької області.
Про це у прямому ефірі у фейсбук повідомив голова Чернівецької обласної державної адміністрації Сергій Осачук, пише molbuk.ua.
За його словами, така ситуація виникла на КПП “Атаки” на межі Хотинського району та Хмельницької області.
“На пості “Атаки” я зустрів одного лейтенанта, який був старшим на цьому КПП. І це виявився лейтенант із добрим серцем. Оскільки він дуже уважно і проникливо вислуховував пояснення водіїв, яким обов’язково потрібно було покинути нашу область, у них були вагомі причини, як йому здавалося, для того, щоб заїхати у нашу область, потім повернутися назад у Хмельницьку область. У когось там живе рідня, а хтось там працює. Тож, лейтенант із добрим серцем входить в положення цих людей – бо якось незручно їм відмовляти. І пропускає їх далі їхати”, – розповів голова ОДА.
Водночас Осачук закликав керівництво патрульної поліції Чернівецької області докласти зусиль, щоб особовий склад патрульних більше не допускав схожих випадків.
“Я вкотре закликаю керівництво патрульної поліції Чернівецької області допомогти мобілізувати і вмотивувати, чітко їм дати зрозуміти, пояснити, виключно які категорії громадян мають право безперешкодно перетинати адміністративну межу Чернівецької області”, – сказав голова ОДА.
Він нагадав, які категорії людей мають право на перетин карантинного пункту пропуску.
“Ті, які забезпечують життєдіяльність нашої області, які працюють на підприємствах критичної інфраструктури. Все це чітко прописано. І не потрібно виходити за межі цих повноважень, проявляти доброту людську, яка може обернутися для когось горем”, – сказав Осачук, висловивши сподівання, що “крім доброти, поліцейські будуть мати також службову відповідальність і високу дисципліну”.
Нагадаємо, у Чернівецькій області через масове поширення коронавірусної хвороби COVID-19 введено особливий режим в’їзду та виїзду. Це рішення передбачає заборону мешканцям Чернівецької області покидати межі свого регіону на період дії особливого режиму. У рамках цих заходів у п’яти населених пунктах області введено облаштовано карантинні контрольно-пропускні пункти: у селі Звенячин Заставнівського району, в селі Атаки Хотинського району, у селі Оршівці Кіцманського району, в місті Вижниця та у місті Новодністровськ.
