Про це повідомив на своїй сторінці у фейсбук заступник Міністра охорони здоров’я – головний державний санітарний лікар України Віктор Ляшко.
“Підписав сьогодні постанову Головного державного санітарного лікаря України щодо протидії поширенню коронавірусної хвороби COVID-19 в місцях торгівлі харчовими продуктами на агропродовольчих ринках”, – пише Ляшко.
За його словами, вона набере чинності в середу. В той же день, відповідно до доручення Прем‘єр-міністра, планується прийняття постанови, якою всім агроподовольчим ринкам, що відповідають цим вимогам, буде надано дозвіл працювати.
Як повідомляється, буде здійснюватися щоденний контроль Державною службою України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів. Щодня буде надаватися дозвіл на роботу наступного дня.
Якщо ринок порушить правила – наступного разу він зможе відкритись та здійснювати свою діяльність тільки через тиждень.
Попередньо, органам місцевого самоврядування вже була надана можливість відкрити місцеві ринки за умови дотримання визначених умов.
Були надані рекомендації, дотримуючись яких можна було за необхідності, відкривати ринки.
“Ми розуміємо, наскільки важливо забезпечити доступ громадян до харчових продуктів. А також добре усвідомлюємо питання нижчої цінової політики на ринках”, – повідомляє головний санітарний лікар України.
За його словами, місцеві орган влади, на жаль, не справилися з поставленим завданням.
- Ринки відкривали в антисанітарних умовах. Не було дотримання протиепідемічних вимог.
- Частина органів місцевої влади сприйняла можливість відкрити ринки, тільки якщо є така необхідність, як заклик «однозначно необхідно відкривати!»
