Так, близько півночі прикордонний наряд відділу «Селятин» виявив групу невідомих осіб. Четверо чоловіків впевнено підіймалися в сторону кордону. З появою прикордонників, контрабандисти вдалися до втечі.
Про це інформує Західне регіональне управління Держприкордонслужби України-Західний кордон.
Не зупинили зухвальців й попереджувальні постріли у повітря, які були змушені зробити прикордонники.
“В ході пошукових заходів охоронці кордону виявили мешканця Путильського району Чернівецької області. Чоловік переховувався без документів в прикордонній смузі. За неадекватну поведінку та спробу втечі, чоловік отримав два адмінпротоколи, один з яких за злісну непокору представникам Держприкордонслужби”, – йдеться у повідомленні.
Ще одного, імовірного любителя заробітку на тютюновій контрабанді виявили вчора прикордонники відділу «Мамалига». Мешканця Новоселицького району прикордонники затримали за 20 метрів від кордону. Чоловік намагався доправити до Румунії 800 пачок сигарет марки «NZ».
Для складання протоколів про адмінправопорушення, передбачене ст. 204-1 КУпАП, обох чоловіків було доставлено до прикордонних підрозділів. Наразі справи скеровано до суду. Виявлені тютюнові вироби в загальній кількості 4300 пачок згодом буде передано співробітникам Буковинської митниці.
