Міністри туризму країн Європейського союзу домовилися розробити єдиний документ з умовною назвою “COVID-паспорт”, який у всіх країнах ЄС гратиме роль сертифіката безпеки в галузі.
Про це за розповів міністр туризму Хорватії, яка головує в ЄС, Гарі Капеллі, передає Укрінформ.
За його словами, під час конференції міністрів всіх країн-членів ЄС та єврокомісара з питань внутрішнього ринку, дійшли кількох висновків, зокрема в організації спільного європейського підходу для виходу з кризи.
“Це включатиме створення спільних протоколів і заходів у сфері здоров’я та безпеки. Міністри погодилися, що має бути створений спільний документ, з умовною назвою “COVID-паспорт”, який буде чинним в усьому Євросоюзі”, – сказав Капеллі.
Він пояснив, що міністри та Єврокомісія погодили спільну позицію про те, що короткостроковий Фонд відновлення, який буде створюватися під егідою ЄК та за участі країн-членів, включатиме видатки на відновлення туристичної галузі в обсязі 20-25%.
Такий самий відсоток туристична галузь має отримати у Багаторічній фінансовій перспективі ЄС на 2021-27 роки.
Міністр зазначив, що у звичайних умовах туризм не грає такої значущої ролі у БФП, але зараз склалася унікальна позиція з боку країн-членів: галузь має становити 20-25% довгострокового бюджету.
“Саме туризм має відіграти дуже важливу роль у відроджені економіки всіх наших країн. Ми завжди вважали, що він займає забагато місця в економіці Хорватії, але сьогодні почули про таку саму ситуацію в інших країнах, таких як Італія, Іспанія, Португалія, Греція. Наприклад, в Італії на туризм припадає 12-13% ВНП та близько 15% усієї робочої сили. Тож цей напрямок є важливим для всіх” – підсумував представник Хорватського головування ЄС.
