Співробітники Кіцманського відділу поліції викрили особу, причетну до викрадення мопеду жительки району. Правопорушнику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
До поліції звернулася 33-річна жителька Глиниця та повідомила, що невідома особа заволоділа її мотороллером «Honda Dio 16», який вона залишила на території господарства своєї родички у селі Шипинці.
Правоохоронці опрацювали місце злочину, а також опитали заявницю та її родичку і встановили особу зловмисника. Ним виявився 46-річний місцевий житель. Правопорушник зізнався у скоєному та розповів, що викрав мотороллер і намагався продати, а гроші витрати на свої потреби.
Поліцейські вилучили транспортний засіб, як речовий доказ.
За вказаним фактом триває досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні, розпочате за частиною 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України.
