За процесуального керівництва прокуратури Чернівецької області Управлінням СБУ в області викрито місцевого мешканця на незаконній реалізації засобів ураження та боєприпасів, які використовуються в районі проведення Операції Об’єднаних Сил, пише Стопкор.
За даними слідства, чоловік налагодив канал постачання зброї та боєприпасів із зони проведення ООС, з метою подальшої їх реалізації. Він зберігав небезпечний «товар» у помешканні свого знайомого, а клієнтів шукав через особисті зв’язки у кримінальних колах.
Правоохоронці затримали громадянина під час спроби збуту протипіхотної міни, шести гранат, тротилу, окопних кумулятивних зарядів, фугасних снарядів, протипіхотних зарядів, комплектуючих до кулемета Калашнікова та понад 1000 набоїв до нього. Окрім того, під час обшуку було вилучено речовину, схожу на канабіс.
Вилучені засоби ураження та імовірну наркотичну речовину відправлено на експертизу.
На даний час проводяться невідкладні слідчі дії, за результатами яких вирішуватиметься питання щодо повідомлення особі про підозру за фактом незаконного поводження зі зброєю, бойовими припасами або вибуховими речовинами (ч. 1 ст. 263 КК України).
