Парфентьєв Ігор Володимирович народився 10 листопада 1977 р. в м. Чернівці. Молодший сержант 72-ї ОМБр
Помер 20 квітня 2016 р. під час лікування двосторонньої пневмонії у шпиталі м. Волноваха.
Залишилися мати, сестра та донька.
Похоронили Героя на Алеї Слави у Чернівцях.
