Карантин є тимчасовим, але надзвичайно важливим заходом в рамках протидії поширенню коронавірусу.
На цьому наголосив Президент України Володимир Зеленський на традиційній нараді щодо питань боротьби з коронавірусом, повідомляє пресслужба глави держави.
“Так, усі люблять весняні пікніки, всім хочеться посмажити традиційних шашликів. Ми повинні розуміти людей з цими бажаннями. Але треба доносити, що карантин – тимчасовий, але надважливий. Що сьогодні такий пікнік чи такі шашлики можуть просто коштувати комусь життя. Комунікації та роз’яснення – це надзвичайно важливо в такий складний час”, – сказав Президент.
Як зазначив міністр охорони здоров’я Максим Степанов, рівень смертності від COVID-19 в Україні становить 2,7% від кількості заражених. Це значно нижчий показник, ніж середньосвітовий. Водночас Україна ще не досягла піку захворюваності, і треба бути обережними через Великодні та травневі свята.
Прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль повідомив, що понад 90% мереж аптек та магазинів в Україні забезпечені засобами захисту.
Крім того, зазначалося, що комісії з перевірки лікарень у регіонах показали, що попри хорошу статистику від місцевої влади у медиків є чимало проблем. Зокрема, йдеться про постачання деяких ліків, а також про вирішення транспортних питань та харчування лікарів. Особливо тих, які залишаються ночувати у медзакладах через епідемію.
В уряді повідомили, що гроші на ці послуги були виділені, а забезпечити надання вказаних послуг має місцева влада.
“Якщо влада в регіонах не вміє, не знає – значить, треба розповісти, пояснити. Якщо є гроші, то треба забезпечити їхнє найефективніше використання”, – сказав Зеленський.
На нараді також ішлося про те, що в разі нестачі грошей на певні послуги в регіонах фінансування виділять зі Стабілізаційного фонду, створеного спеціально для подолання епідемії COVID-19. Він запрацює, щойно закон про зміни до бюджету набуде чинності.
Крім того, Президенту доповіли, що проєкт “Велике будівництво” продовжується, і під час карантину зводитимуть об’єкти соціальної інфраструктури. Для цього була створена окрема інструкція для працівників будівельної галузі, погоджена з МОЗ.
