Чернівецька місцева прокуратура підтримала публічне обвинувачення у кримінальному провадженні за обвинуваченням 22-річної мешканки Чернівців у скоєнні кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених ч.ч.1,3 ст.191 Кримінального кодексу України (привласнення особою чужого майна, яке їй було ввірене, за кваліфікуючою ознакою – вчинено повторно).
Про це повідомляє пресслужба Чернівецької міської прокуратури.
Обвинувачена працювала касиром торгівельного залу одного з магазинів міста й була матеріально-відповідальною особою. Наприкінці грудня минулого року та у січні поточного чернівчанка привласнила понад 20 тисяч гривень шляхом фіктивних відмін.
Обвинувачена повністю визнала свою вину та щиро розкаялась у вчиненому. Суд, врахувавши усі обставини справи, особу винної, її молодий вік, відсутність судимостей, призначив 22-річній чернівчанці покарання у виді трьох років позбавлення волі з позбавленням права обіймати посади, пов’язані з виконанням організаційно-розпорядчих функцій строком на один рік, та на підставі ст.75 КК України звільнив її від відбування покарання з трирічним іспитовим строком.
