Під’їхавши на легковику до контрольно-пропускного посту у селі Звенячин, житель Тернопільщини проігнорував вимогу поліцейського про зупинку та незаконно в’їхав на територію Чернівецької області. Своїми діями чоловік порушив особливий режим в’їзду та виїзду транспортних засобів, встановлений рішенням Державної комісії з питань техногенно-екологічної безпеки та надзвичайних ситуацій.
Увечері 8-го квітня 38-річний житель Тернопільській області, керуючи легковим автомобілем «Audi», під’їхав до карантинного контрольно-пропускного поста у селі Звенячин Заставнівського району. Попри наявність дорожнього знаку 2.2 (Проїзд без зупинки заборонено) та вимогу поліцейських зупинити транспортний засіб, водій проїхав контрольно-пропускний пост.
Поліцейські Заставнівського відділення поліції спільно з ДСНС, Національною гвардією та підрозділом патрульної поліції «ТОР» оперативно відреагували та зупинили правопорушника. Правоохоронці встановили, що чоловік не належить до категорії громадян, яким дозволено в’їзд на територію Чернівецької області в умовах карантинних обмежень.
Поліцейські склали на водія адміністративні матеріали за частинами 1 та 3 статті 122 (Перевищення встановлених обмежень швидкості руху, проїзд на заборонний сигнал регулювання дорожнього руху та порушення інших правил дорожнього руху) та за статтею 44-3 (Порушення правил щодо карантину людей) Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення. Матеріали направлено до Заставнівського районного суду для розгляду.
