Сторожинецька місцева прокуратура затвердила та передала до суду обвинувальний акт відносно двох неповнолітніх жителів с. Чудей Сторожинецького району за фактом скоєння кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 289 КК України (незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом, вчинене за попередньою змовою групою осіб). Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Так, підлітки, маючи прямий умисел, скориставшись відсутністю власника транспортного засобу марки «Volkswagen Golf 3», відбуксирували його автомобіль до гаражного приміщення, де його демонтували та здали на металобрухт.
За фактом незаконного заволодіння транспортним засобом підліткам загрожує покарання у виді позбавлення волі на строк до 8 років.
Судовий розгляд кримінального провадження триває.
