До поліції звернулася пенсіонерка і повідомила про те, що невідомий викрав мобільний телефон її онука. Протягом 15 хвилин правоохоронці встановили особу зловмисника. Ним виявився 32-річний чоловік. Йому загрожує до трьох років позбавлення волі.
Поліцейські з’ясували, що малолітній чернівчанин перебував у компанії незнайомих чоловіків. Вдома хлопець помітив, що у нього зник мобільний телефон вартістю майже 9 тисяч гривень. Поліцейські опитали хлопця, встановили прикмети чоловіків, з якими він спілкувався, та оперативно розшукали їх. В одного із них правоохоронці вилучили телефон 13- річного чернівчанина. Речовий доказ вилучили.
Слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань з попередньою кваліфікацією частини 1 статті 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
