У Чернівцях підприємців комунальних ринків поки звільнили від сплати послуг по утриманню торгівельного місця.
Про це на своїй сторінці у Facebook повідомив депутат Чернівецької міської ради Іван Гончарюк.
“Останнім часом отримав багато телефонних дзвінків по роботі комунального підприємства. Дійсно, проект рішення був проголошений, але в законну силу не вступив”, – йдеться в дописі.
Депутат зауважив, що Олексій Каспрук його ще не підписав і він не оприлюднений на сайті міської ради.
«Тому прошу керівника підприємства та міського голову забрати з офіційних сайтів повідомлення “про звільнення від сплати” і подати спростування. Форму заяви, яку активно розповсюджують в соціальних мережах та безпосередньо на сайті підприємства також прошу забрати, оскільки до моменту підписання та оприлюднення офіційних документів, заяви та повідомлення не мають жодної юридичної сили!», – додав Іван Гончарюк.
Нагадаємо, на сайті Чернівецької міської ради з’явилась інформація про те, що у Чернівцях підприємців комунальних ринків звільнили від сплати послуг з утримання торговельних місць.
