У зв’язку із епідемічною ситуацією на території Чернівецької області запровадили низку обмежувальних заходів з метою запобігання розповсюдженню COVID-19.
Зокрема, призупинено роботу розважальних, торговельних, спортивних закладів, а також ринків, крім продуктових секторів. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Так, у Чернівцях співробітники Шевченківського та Садгірського відділень поліції виявили чотири заклади, які, незважаючи на обмеження, працювали у звичному режимі. Правоохоронці встановили, що працівники магазину господарських товарів, кредитної установи та шиномонтажу не припиняли роботу та здійснювали обслуговування відвідувачів.
Також поліцейські Садгірського відділення поліції викрили порушення обмежувальних заходів адміністрацією будівельного гіпермаркету. Посилаючись на відповідний дозвіл, щодо продажу товарів першої необхідності, заклад здійснював реалізацію товарів інших категорій.
Ще три аналогічні випадки задокументували поліцейські Сторожинецького відділу поліції. На території району продовжували роботу крамниця будівельних матеріалів, заклад громадського харчування та зоомагазин.
Інші факти недотримання обмежувальних заходів виявили поліцейські Кіцманського відділу, Глибоцького, Новодністровського та Герцаївського відділень поліції.
За порушення чинного законодавства на правопорушників було складено адміністративні протоколи за статтею 44-3 (Порушення правил щодо карантину людей) Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.
