Поліція відкрила кримінальне провадження за фактом смерті жінки, у якої виявили коронавірусну інфекцію COVID-19 у Чернівецькій області. Про це повідомили в пресслужбі поліції ГУНП в Чернівецькій області.
“Відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 140 (невиконання чи неналежне виконання медичним або фармацевтичним працівником своїх професійних обов’язків внаслідок недбалого чи несумлінного до них ставлення, якщо це спричинило тяжкі наслідки для хворого — ред.) Кримінального кодексу України”, – сказали в пресслужбі.
Також в пресслужбі зазначили, що заява від батьків не надходила, провадження відкрито під час моніторингу соціальних мереж.
