Дорожньо-транспортна пригода сталася 21 жовтня в селі Брусниця Кіцманського району Чернівецької області.
Місцеві жителі вночі виявили на дорозі мертвого чоловіка з ознаками наїзду автомобіля. Вже невдовзі правоохоронці розшукали автівку, водія та встановили обставини ДТП.
Після виявлення мертвого чоловіка кіцманські поліцейські одразу розпочали комплекс оперативно-розшукових заходів, щоб якомога швидше знайти винуватця автопригоди. До пошуків транспортного засобу та його кермувальника долучилися також більше десятка небайдужих жителів Брусниці. Спільно з правоохоронцями вони метр за метром прочісували територію села та навколишніх населених пунктів.
Провівши низку заходів, працівники Кіцманського відділу поліції з’ясували, що наїзд на потерпілого скоїв автомобіль «ВАЗ-2101». Однак власник легковика 22-річний жителя села Чортория заперечував свою причетність до вказаної події. Слідчі відділу розслідувань злочинів у сфері транспорту звернулися по допомогу до експертів. Фахівці ретельно оглянули автівку та знайшли беззаперечні докази, які вказували на прямий зв’язок «ВАЗу» з аварією.
Правоохоронці встановили: водій не врахував дорожньої обстановки, внаслідок чого і скоїв наїзд на 44-річного жителя Брусниці. Кермувальник не зупинився, щоб надати допомогу потерпілому та поїхав у невідомому напрямку. Від отриманих під час ДТП травм чоловік загинув на місці події.
За даним фактом слідчі триває кримінальне провадження за частиною 2 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.Тривають слідчі дії.
Наразі тривають слідчі дії та проводяться необхідні експертизи для встановлення всіх подробиць автопригоди.
