Сьогодні, 6-го березня, у селі Колінківці громадяни блокували рух транспорту по вулиці Головній. Співробітники Хотинського відділення поліції забезпечують правопорядок та публічну безпеку під час зібрання селян.
Місцеві жителі перекрили проїзд транспортних засобів для демонстрації невдоволення з приводу об’єднання громад сіл Колінківці, Топорівці, Бочківці та Грозинці. Учасники зібрання вимагають визначити центр територіальної громади в Колінківцях, а не в Топорівцях, як це передбачено перспективним планом. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Поліцейські організували відвід транспорту в об’їзд місця події та здійснюють роз’яснювальну роботу з жителями Колінківців. Поліція діалогу наголошує на неприпустимості правопорушень та закликає громадян діяти виключно в правовому полі.
Нагадуємо, що незаконне перекриття руху автотранспорту має ознаки злочину, передбаченого статтею 279 (Блокування транспортних комунікацій, а також захоплення транспортного підприємства) Кримінального кодексу України.
