Верховна Рада України висловила недовіру генеральному прокурору Руслану Рябошапці.
Ухвалення відповідного рішення підтримали 263 народні депутати за мінімально необхідних 226, повідомляє кореспондент Укрінформу.
Ця постанова передбачає висловлення недовіри генеральному прокурору Руслану Рябошапці, що відповідно до пункту 25 частини першої статті 85 Конституції України, статей 42 та 63 закону України “Про прокуратуру” тягне за собою його відставку із займаної посади.
Також автори документа зауважують, що в одному з останніх кримінальних проваджень, потерпілою в якому є Катерина Гандзюк, 22 жовтня 2019 року генеральний прокурор Руслан Рябошапка проанонсував нові якісні результати, в тому числі підозри ще кільком фігурантам, а саме замовникам.
“До цього часу один із підозрюваних, Владислав Мангер, перебуває на свободі і продовжує керувати Херсонською облрадою, а його співучасник в Офісі Генерального прокурора на сьогодні навіть не згадується. Замовчується й стан розслідування кримінального провадження щодо злочинної діяльності дочірніх компаній Burisma в Україні. Водночас, за твердженням Президента України Володимира Зеленського, під час пресмарафону 10.10.2019 ним особисто перед очільниками правоохоронних відомств встановлено конкретні терміни звітування щодо результатів діяльності, вказаний термін сплив першого листопада 2019 року”, – зазначається в пояснювальній записці.
Враховуючи важливість та терміновість встановлення справедливості за ключовим запитом суспільства, на переконання авторів постанови, існують всі підстави стверджувати про низьку ефективність виконання Русланом Рябошапкою обов’язків генерального прокурора та, як наслідок, його невідповідність займаній посаді.
Вони акцентують, що такий стан справ свідчить про небажання, неможливість або неспроможність генерального прокурора забезпечити виконання завдань, поставлених законом перед органами прокуратури, щодо захисту прав і свобод людини, суспільства та держави.
Як повідомляв Укрінформ, Верховна Рада збереться на позачергове засідання 5 березня о 18:30 для розгляду проєкту постанови про висловлення недовіри генпрокурору Руслану Рябошапці.
Напередодні у Верховній Раді було зареєстровано проєкт постанови №3154 про висловлення недовіри генеральному прокурору Руслану Рябошапці. Проєкт підписали більше 100 народних депутатів, у тому числі – від фракції “Слуга народу”.
