Учора, 18 лютого, поліцейські задокументували вісім фактів незаконного обігу валюти. Відносно порушників складено адміністративні протоколи. Також у них вилучено гроші, здобуті протиправним шляхом, у сумі, еквівалентній майже 73 тисячі гривень.
Здійснюючи протидію нелегальному обігу валюти, поліцейські щоденно відпрацьовують територію області для припинення діяльності підпільних конвертаційних центрів, а також осіб, які надають послуги з обміну валюти. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
18-го лютого співробітники територіальних підрозділів поліції Чернівецької області задокументували на своїх територіях обслуговування 8 фактів незаконного обігу валюти. Порушники здійснювали обмін валют поблизу ринків, автостанцій та в інших місцях масового скупчення людей.
Поліцейські вилучили у зловмисників понад 36 тисяч гривень, 770 євро та 530 доларів США. Відносно них складено адміністративні протоколи за статтею 162 (Порушення правил про валютні операції) Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення.
Загалом, упродовж двох тижнів, буковинські поліцейські задокументували 32 факти незаконного обігу валют. У правопорушників вилучено кошти в національній та іноземній валюті в сумі, еквівалентній майже 85 тисячі гривень.
Поліція нагадує, що незаконні скуповування, продаж, обмін, використання валютних цінностей як засобу платежу або як застави – тягнуть за собою попередження або накладення штрафу від п’ятисот до однієї тисячі неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян з конфіскацією валютних цінностей.
