Голова Чернівецької облради Іван Мунтян подав апеляцію на рішення Вищого антикорупційного суду про заставу в понад 10 мільйонів гривень. Про це Суспільному сказав завідувач сектору взаємодії зі ЗМІ Апеляційної палати ВАКС Вадим Кліщенко.
Розгляд апеляційної скарги призначили на 20 лютого.
Водночас, як повідомила прес-секретарка ВАКС Олеся Чемерис, завтра (18 лютого) у Вищому антикорупційному суді розглядатимуть відсторонення Івана Мунтяна від посади голови облради.
Нагадаємо, 4 лютого САП повідомила про підозру голові облради Івану Мунтяну. За інформацією НАБУ, він вимагав хабар у підприємця за передачу в оренду комунального санаторію «Брусниця» на 49 років.
13 лютого Івану Мунтяну обрали запобіжний захід у вигляді застави у понад 10 мільйонів гривень. Таке рішення ухвалив Вищий антикорупційний суд України. Іван Мунтян мав носити електронний браслет та здати на зберігання всі документи для виїзду закордон. Внести заставу потрібно було протягом 5 днів.
