Чернівецька місцева прокуратура підтримала публічне обвинувачення у кримінальному провадженні за обвинуваченням 20-річного мешканця Вижницького району у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч.2 ст.186 Кримінального кодексу України (грабіж, вчинений повторно).
Так, у лютому минулого року, раніше судимий чоловік, у період незнятої і непогашеної судимості, перебуваючи по вул. Полєтаєва у м. Чернівці, зірвав з руки потерпілої жіночу сумку, в якій знаходились грошові кошти у сумі 500 грн та інші речі потерпілої. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Після скоєного обвинувачений з місця вчинення кримінального правопорушення втік, а викраденим розпорядився на власний розсуд, чим спричинив матеріальної шкоди потерпілій на загальну суму понад 1200 грн.
У ході судового розгляду обвинувачений повністю визнав свою вину, щиро розкаявся у скоєному, відшкодував матеріальну шкоду потерпілій. За скоєне суд призначив чоловікові покарання у виді чотирьох років позбавлення волі.
