У Чернівцях правоохоронці та працівники служби у справах дітей вилучили з сім’ї чотирьох малих дітей через жахливі умови проживання і невиконання батьками своїх обов’язків.
Про це повідомили в ювенальній превенції Садгірського відділу поліції, батькам неодноразово робили зауваження та притягали до адміністративної відповідальності.
“Батьки не зробили висновків та допустили настання для чотирьох своїх малолітніх дітей умов проживання, які є не безпечними для життя та здоров`я малят”, – ідеться в повідомленні.
Під час чергової перевірки поліція і соцслужби виявили високий ризик небезпеки для дітей, що проживають в жахливих умовах. Тож комісією було складено акт оцінки ризиків, акт обстеження житлово-побутових умов, які передбачені нормами чинного законодавства.
Всіх дітей поміщено до центру соціально-психологічної реабілітації дітей ССД ЧОДА. Наразі життю та здоров’ю малят нічого не загрожує.
