Правоохоронці з’ясували, що зловмисник неодноразово викрадав пальне з автомобілів своїх односельчан і жителів райцентру. Правопорушник обґрунтовано підозрюється у скоєнні щонайменше семи таких крадіжок. Відповідно до чинного законодавства, за такі дії йому загрожує до 5 років позбавлення волі.
Розслідуючи крадіжку пального з автомобіля жителя села Панка, співробітники Сторожинецького відділу поліції активно відпрацьовували територію населеного пункту в нічний час. За результатами проведених заходів оперативники спільно з дільничними офіцерами поліції встановили особу правопорушника – 19-річного місцевого жителя. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Також поліцейські з’ясували, що хлопець причетний до низки аналогічних крадіжок у місті Сторожинець. Слідчі оголосили порушнику про підозру у скоєнні злочинів, передбачених статтею 185 (Крадіжка) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
