За результатами таємного голосування органу громадського самоврядування економічного факультету (всього 131 особа, з них 20 студентів) Руслан БІЛОСКУРСЬКИЙ обраний деканом економічного факультету на новий термін. Успішно працюючий декан дістав безперечну підтримку колективу одного з найпотужніших факультетів університету.

У програмі Руслана БІЛОСКУРСЬКОГО особливе місце займають вкрай важливі на сьогодні питання впровадження інформаційних технологій у навчальний процес, розробка нової версії сайту університету з використанням найсучасніших вебтехнологій, започаткування надання платних освітніх послуг на факультеті за програмою «Організація бізнесу» тощо.
