9 лютого в будинку культури с. Старий Вовчинець Глибоцького району відбулися громадські обговорення щодо добровільного об’єднання територіальних громад сіл Старий Вовчинець та Біла Криниця. Про це пише Глибока.info.
Громада села хотіла довести інформацію до керівництва району та області, щоб думка села була врахована при формуванні перспективного плану формування територій Чернівецької області.
Після бурхливого обговорення вирішили об’єднатися з Глибоцькою ОТГ переважною більшістю голосів, проти даного об’єднання виступили 2 жителі села Старий Вовчинець.
