Працівники відділу з протидії нелегальній міграції, реадмісії та видворення УДМС у Чернівецькій області виконали два рішення суду щодо примусового видворення за межі країни громадян Молдови та Азербайджану. Про це йдеться на сайті УДМС у Чернівецькій області.
Обох порушників міграційного законодавства за порушення термінів перебування на території України притягали раніше до адмін-відповідальності за ст. 203 КУпАП. Відтак керівництвом УДМС області щодо них приймалися рішення про примусове повернення. Однак після повторного виявлення зазначених іноземців тимчасово було поміщено до Волинського ПТПІ у с. Журавичі.
Наразі за адміністративними позовами УДМС у Чернівецькій області Першотравневий районний суд м. Чернівці по двох окремих провадженнях прийняв рішення про примусове видворення злісних порушників міграційного законодавства за межі країни.
Одного з них буковинські міграційники передали представникам молдовської влади на пункті пропуску «Мамалига», іншого доправили до аеропорту «Бориспіль», де забезпечили його виліт до країни походження.
