Аби безперешкодно перетнути кордон, на Буковині громадянин сусідньої країни спробував підкупити прикордонника гривнею та євро.
Кошти запропонував прикордонникам громадянин Румунії, який 5 лютого покидав Україну. Під час проходження паспортного контролю в пункті пропуску «Порубне» з’ясувалося, що чоловік перевищив термін перебування на території України. Аби уникнути адміністративної відповідальності іноземець запропонував прикордонникам хабар у розмірі 200 гривень та 20 євро. Про це повідомляє Західне регіональне управління Держприкордонслужби України.
Вартові кордону від неправомірної вигоди відмовилися та направили до компетентних правоохоронних органів повідомлення про протиправне діяння, що містить ознаки кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ст. 369 КК України.
Тепер чоловік пояснює свої діяння представникам Національної поліції.
