Котельню «Південна-1» після аварійної зупинки запущено о 02.25 ночі.
Відновлено подачу теплоносія, виникнення надзвичайної ситуації техногенного характеру , коли понад добу при мінусовій температурі більше сотні будинків залишаються без теплопостачання не допущено. Про це повідомив директор МКП « Чернівцітеплокомуненерго» Олександр Меленчук.
За останні роки така масштабна аварія у системі теплопостачання міста сталася вперше. Взнаки дається зношеність мереж та обладнання, постійне недофінансування підприємства, яке забезпечує життєдіяльність міста в осінньо-зимовий період. Лише модернізація системи теплопостачання міста за кредитні кошти ЄБРР може упередити виникнення таких НС у майбутньому.
Ситуація перебувала на постійному контролі Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій.
Причини аварії буде встановлювати міжвідомча комісія.. 6 лютого станом на 08.00 ще залишаються без тепла будинки на вул. Небесної-Сотні,2-12,проспекті Незалежності,80-94,125-127, вул.Щербанюка,39, 43,43а. 45, 45а, Достоєвського,2,3,4,10а, Героїв Майдану,57 – 69.
Ремонтники МКП «Чернівцітеплокомуненерго» працюють над поновленням теплопостачання цих будинків. Під час відновлення подачі теплоносія сталися пориви у внутрішньобудинкових мережах. Над їх усуненням працюють аварійні бригади АС-80 та управлінські компанії.
