Вночі 4 лютого у пункті пропуску «Порубне», що на українсько-румунському кордоні, транспортним засобом марки «Рено» прибув громадянин Румунії. Під час заходів прикордонного контролю охоронці кордону встановили, що іноземець перевищив термін перебування на території України, повідомляє Західне регіональне управління Держприкордонслужби України – Західний кордон.
Тому громадянину Румунії 1983 року народження було роз’яснено, що наразі він вичерпав дозволений термін перебування в нашій країні і йому відмовлено у перетинанні державного кордону. Однак чоловік не захотів приймати таке рішення. Він відмовився покинути авто, зачинився та спробував здійснити прорив в бік прикордонного наряду.
Військовослужбовці відразу заблоковали транспортний засіб. Врешті громадянина було запрошено в службове приміщення та попереджено про невиконання законної вимоги представників ДПСУ. Поряд з цим громадянин почав погрожувати, нецензурно висловлюватися та неадекватно себе поводити відносно представників ДПСУ та ДФС.
За невиконання законних вимог складу прикордонного наряду під час здійснення ними службових обов’язків з охорони державного кордону та порушення прикордонного режиму на нього складено протоколи за ст. 185-10 КУпАП та ст.202 КУПАП. На даний момент ситуацію локалізовано, громадянину відмовлено у в’їзді в Україну та повернуто на територію Румунії.
