Слідчі обласного управління Нацполіції під процесуальним керівництвом прокуратури Чернівецької області завершили досудове розслідування умисного вбивства, поєднаного зі зґвалтуванням 65-річної жительки Сокирянщини. За скоєння цього тяжкого злочину підозрюваному загрожує максимальне покарання у вигляді довічного позбавлення волі.
Нагадаємо, у квітні 2008 року невідома особа нанесла пенсіонерці численні колото-різані рани тулуба і шиї. Внаслідок отриманих травм жінка втратила велику кількість крові та померла. Під час судово-медичної експертизи також встановлено, що перед нанесенням тілесних ушкоджень нападник зґвалтував потерпілу. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції у Чернівецькій області.
Тривалий час цей злочин залишався нерозкритим. Але завдяки планомірній і кропіткій праці слідчих та оперативників, у жовтні минулого року особу зловмисника було встановлено та зібрано беззаперечні докази його причетності до злочину.
На підставі зібраних доказів 33-річному буковинцю повідомлено про підозру у вчиненні кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених частиною 4 статті 152 (Зґвалтування) та частиною 2 статті 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України. Того ж дня слідчий суддя Шевченківського районного суду міста Чернівці обрав правопорушнику запобіжний захід у вигляді тримання під вартою.
За результатами досудового розслідування обвинувальний акт щодо підозрюваного затверджено прокурором і направлено на розгляд Сокирянського районного суду Чернівецької області.
