Опрацювуюючи сайт “ProZorro”, працівники прокуратури встановили, що однією із сільських рад Заставнівського району у жовтні-грудні 2019 року всупереч ст. 2, ст. 22, ст. 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» укладено договори підряду на капітальний ремонт будівлі та спортивного майданчика на загальну суму 1,6 млн грн.
Так, замовники допустили порушення вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та тендерної документації, зокрема щодо визнання переможцями відкритих торгів, які не відповідають необхідним кваліфікаційним критеріям щодо наявності матеріально-технічної бази, працівників, досвіду виконання робіт аналогічного характеру, поділу предмета закупівлі на частини тощо. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Після проведення спільного моніторингу з Управлінням Західного офісу Держаудитслужби у Чернівецькій області зазначені договори сільською радою розірвано.
