55-річний чоловік на ґрунті раптово виниклих неприязних відносин, перебуваючи у стані алкогольного сп’яніння, завдав 36-річному сину смертельні ножові поранення.
Обвинувачений свою вину визнав частково, проте прокурор надав суду достатньо доказів вини чоловіка. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Заставнівський районний суд Чернівецької області погодився з доводами сторони обвинувачення та засудив правопорушника, за вчинення кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 121 КК України (умисне тяжке тілесне ушкодження, що спричинило смерть) до 8 років позбавлення волі.
