Зокрема, пізно увечері 28 січня у місті Новоселиця правоохоронці задокументували незаконну діяльність грального закладу, який працював у закритому режимі. Постійні клієнти мали можливість грати там в азартні ігри та в разі виграшу отримували гроші.
Співробітники поліції вилучили із закладу 6 персональних комп’ютерів, документацію та інші речові докази, що підтверджують протиправну діяльність, а також кошти, отримані злочинним шляхом. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Новоселицького відділення поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за ознаками злочину, передбаченого статтею 203-2 (Зайняття гральним бізнесом) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі проводиться досудове розслідування.
