Прокуратура Чернівецької області в апеляційному порядку довела законність вироку суду першої інстанції, відповідно до якого раніше судимого 37-річного мешканця Івано-Франківської області визнали винним у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 2 ст. 307 КК України (незаконне придбання та збут психотропних речовин).
Під час судового розгляду встановили, що обвинувачений в період непогашеної судимості за розбійний напад, двічі здійснював збут психотропної речовини – амфетаміну у великих розмірах на території Чернівців. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
За скоєне вироком Першотравневого районного суду м. Чернівці, особу засудили до 6 років позбавлення волі з конфіскацією належного йому майна, окрім житла.
Прокуратура послідовно відстояла свою принципову позиції в суді апеляційної інстанції.
