Сьогодні, 26 січня, до Герцаївського відділення поліції надійшло повідомлення від лікаря про те, що в селі Остриця Герцаївського району під час сімейної сварки чоловік смертельно поранив свою дружину, а потім, ймовірно, вчинив самогубство.
На місце події виїхало керівництво ГУНП в Чернівецькій області та слідчо-оперативні групи ГУНП і Герцаївського відділення поліції, а також співробітники кінологічної та експертної служб. Працівники якої встановили, що 43-річний чоловік наніс декілька ножових поранень дружині. Внаслідок отриманих тілесних ушкоджень вона померла на місці події. Після чого чоловік скоріш за все, позбавив себе життя. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Поліцейські оглянули тіло чоловіка та зафіксували у нього ножове поранення в область грудної клітини, що й стало ймовірною причиною смерті. Для точного встановлення причин смерті тіла подружжя направлено на судово-медичну експертизу.
Під час слідчо-розшукових заходів працівники слідчо-оперативних груп Герцаївського відділення поліції, Головного управління Нацполіції в Чернівецькій області разом з експертами Чернівецького науково-дослідного експертно-криміналістичного центру МВС України провели огляд будинку. У ході цього було виявлено тіло дружини загиблого.
Оглядом тіла загиблої правоохоронці виявили ножові поранення. Попередньо, смерть 36-річної жінки настала у результаті отриманих травм.
За вказаним фактом розпочато кримінальні провадження за ознаками правопорушення, передбаченого частиною 1 статті 115 (Умисне вбивство) Кримінального кодексу України. Триває встановлення усіх обставин.
