На спецлінію «102» зателефонувала 22-річна жителька Кіцманського району. Заявниця повідомила поліцію, що малознайомий хлопець змусив її вступити з ним у сексуальні відносини.
На місце події одразу скеровано слідчо-оперативну групу Чернівецького відділу поліції. Правоохоронці оглянули прилеглу територію та встановили ключових осіб вказаного повідомлення. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Слідчі підрозділу допитали учасників інциденту та вилучили усі можливі сліди для встановлення факту злочину та його обставин.
Для збереження речових доказів поліцейські прийняли рішення про негайне проведення відповідних слідчо-розшукових дій та призначення низки необхідних криміналістичних експертиз.
За вказаним фактом слідчі Чернівецького відділу поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за частиною 1 статті 152 (Зґвалтування) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі триває досудове розслідування.
