“Укрпошта” 22 січня 2020 року, в день завершення героїчної оборони Донецького аеропорту, ввела в обіг поштову марку “Вони вистояли! Не витримав бетон” на честь кіборгів.

Автором марки є графік Андрій Єрмоленко. Тираж становить 130 тис. примірників, номінальна вартість поштової марки – 9 грн.
Окрім того, до поштової марки випущено конверт “Перший день” і виготовлено штемпель спецпогашення.
Урочисте спецпогашення марки відбулося за участі захисників аеропорту: солдата 90-го окремого десантно-штурмового батальйону Руслана Боровика (позивний “Багдад”), старшого сержанта 90-го окремого десантно-штурмового батальйону Сергія Кройтора (позивний “Хотабич”), молодшого сержанта 95-ї окремої аеромобільної бригади Івана Лавриненка (позивний “Фагот”), що працює начальником цеху обробки письмової кореспонденції в Укрпошті, заступника міністра у справах ветеранів, тимчасово окупованих територій та внутрішньо переміщених осіб Олександра Терещенка, що воював у складі 79 аеромобільної бригади та брав участь у боях за Донецький аеропорт.
Захист Донецького аеропорту тривав 242 дні, поки танками й артилерією супротивника не були знищені всі будівлі, здатні забезпечувати укриття для українських бійців. За цей час 200 українських бійців загинули, 58 із них – в останні кілька діб у результаті підриву терміналу Донецького аеропорту. Ще пів тисячі отримали поранення.
У Донецькому аеропорту та селищі Піски протягом цього періоду воювали спецпризначенці 3-го окремого полку, бійці 79-ї, 80-ї, 81-ї, 95-ї окремих аеромобільних і 93-ї окремої механізованої бригад, 57-ї окремої мотопіхотної бригади, 90-го окремого аеромобільного та 74-го окремого розвідувального батальйонів, бійці полку “Дніпро-1”, Добровольчого українського корпусу (ДУК) та інші.
