Чернівецька місцева прокуратура подалп до Господарського суду позовну заяву в інтересах держави в особі Чернівецької міської ради до товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю про звільнення самовільно зайнятої земельної ділянки площею 0, 1387 га вартістю понад 5 млн грн, яка відноситься до земель запасу міста Чернівців.
Встановлено, що товариство здійснюючи будівництво багатоквартирного житлового будинку на орендованій у Чернівецької міської ради земельній ділянці, яка знаходиться по вулиці Руській, самовільно зайняло сусідню земельну ділянку комунальної власності, шляхом встановлення по її периметру огорожі, використовуючи її для розміщення будівельної техніки та матеріалів без наявності будь-яких правовстановлюючих документів. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
Заявлений прокуратурою позов прийнятий до провадження Господарським судом Чернівецької області.
Зважаючи на те, що на території міста Чернівців існує обмежена кількість земельних ділянок, які можуть використовуватись для містобудівних потреб, питання щодо правомірного використання земель даної категорії становить особливий суспільний інтерес, а тому й надалі перебуватиме на контролі органів прокуратури Чернівецької області.
