Упродовж однієї доби зловмисник двічі відкрито заволодів чужим майном. Своїми діями він завдав потерпілим матеріальної шкоди на суму понад шість тисяч гривень. Співробітники Кіцманського відділу поліції оперативно встановили особу правопорушника. За скоєння вказаного злочину йому загрожує до шести років позбавлення волі.
Майже одночасно до Кіцманського відділу поліції від жителів району надійшли дві заяви про грабежі. Зокрема, у селищі міського типу Лужани невідомий чоловік відкрито заволодів особистими речами, грошима та документами 40-річної місцевої жительки. Трохи згодом у селі Мамаївці зловмисник аналогічним способом заволодів мобільним телефоном 39-річної жінки. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Відпрацювавши декілька версій подій та перевіривши коло осіб, які могли бути причетні до вказаного злочину, правоохоронці встановили правопорушника. Ним виявився неодноразово судимий за аналогічні злочини 25-річний житель Кіцманського району.
Співробітники поліції вилучили у чоловіка речові докази та призначили низку криміналістичних експертиз.
За вказаними фактами слідчі Кіцманського відділу поліції здійснюють досудові розслідування у кримінальних провадженнях, розпочатих за статтею 186 (Грабіж) Кримінального кодексу України. Зловмисника затримано та поміщено до Чернівецького слідчого ізолятора.
