Правоохоронці оперативно розшукали зловмисника. Ним виявився 33-річний місцевий житель. Порушнику загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
До поліції звернувся 39-річний житель міста Заставна та повідомив про викрадення свого автомобіля.
Опитавши заявника поліцейські встановили, що знайомий потерпілого викрав його транспортний засіб та поїхав у невідомому напрямку. Пізніше власник викраденого авто виявив свій автомобіль пошкодженим на одній з вулиць міста. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Правоохоронці з’ясували, що до вказаного правопорушення причетний 33-річний місцевий житель. Порушник зізнався у скоєному та повідомив, що за відсутності власника транспортного засобу заволодів його автомобілем і в подальшому спричинив ДТП.
За вказаним фактом слідчі внесли відомості до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за частиною 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України.
