Упродовж 2019 року в ході здійснення скоординованих заходів правоохоронці перевірили діяльність 52 АЗС/АГЗП, які функціонували на території Чернівецької області. За їх результатами припинили діяльність 33 АЗС/АГЗП.
Окрім того, з метою належного виконання доручення щодо припинення діяльності незаконно створених автозаправних станцій, завдяки роботі створених спільних міжвідомчих робочих груп правоохоронних органів, починаючи з 28.12.2019 по даний час на території області перевірено діяльність ще 281 АЗС/АГЗП. За їх результатами:
- припинено діяльність правоохоронцями – 12 АЗС/АГЗП;
- самостійно припинено діяльність власником – 26 АЗС/АГЗП;
- самостійно демонтовано власником – 16 АЗС/АГЗП;
- встановлено наявність всіх необхідних документів на 227 АЗС/АГЗП.
За фактами незаконної діяльності нелегальних АЗС/АГЗП зареєстрували 10 кримінальних проваджень. Про це повідомляє пресслужба прокуратури Чернівецької області.
За наслідками проведених слідчих (розшукових) дій правоохоронцями опечатано 17 паливних та газозаправних колонок, 9 бочок та 4 цистерни з пальним, 10 резервуарів, 1 бензовоз з цистерною та електропомпу, 11 тонн дизельного пального, 3700 літрів пального А-92 та 700 літрів пального А-95. До суду скеровано 11 клопотань про арешт вищевказаного майна, з яких слідчими суддями на даний час задоволено 2 клопотання.
Невідкладні заходи щодо протидії нелегальній діяльності автозаправних станцій тривають. Їх виконання перебуває на особистому контролі прокурора Чернівецької області.
