Британсько-американський мінісеріал “Чорнобиль” отримав “Золотий глобус” в номінації “Кращий мінісеріал або телефільм”.

“Чорнобиль” став володарем нагороди в номінації “Найкращий мінісеріал або телефільм”, крім того виконавець ролі Щербіна в “Чорнобилі” Стеллан Скарсгорд отримав “Золотий глобус” за найкращу чоловічу роль другого плану.
Мінісеріал “Чорнобиль” американського режисера Джона Ренка розповідає про катастрофу, яка сталася в Україні в 1986 році. Він містить п’ять епізодів і розповідає про події після вибуху реактора на Чорнобильській атомній електростанції, однією з найбільших техногенних катастроф в історії людства.
Загалом за титул найкращого мінісеріалу або телефільму боролися п’ять стрічок. Окрім переможця, це “Пастка-22”, “Фоссі/Вердон”, “Найгучніший голос” та “Неймовірне”.
Варто зазначити, що у вересні “Чорнобиль” завоював три нагороди американської телевізійної премії “Еммі”.
