Внаслідок наїзду невстановленого автомобіля вчора, 1-го січня, у селі Шилівці загинув 53-річний місцевий житель. Скоївши ДТП, кермувальник не викликав поліцію та лікарів і поїхав з місця події в невідомому напрямку. Якщо вам відома будь-яка інформація про обставини автопригоди чи водія, причетного до неї, – прохання повідомити на спецлінію «102».
Учора, 1-го січня, приблизно о 17:20 до поліції надійшло повідомлення про загибель пішохода на автодорозі в селі Шилівці Хотинського району. Для з’ясування обставин події за вказаною адресою виїхали слідчо-оперативні групи ГУНП в Чернівецькій області та Хотинського відділення поліції. Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Чернівецької області.
Поліцейські оглянули місце пригоди, тіло потерпілого, а також опитали можливих очевидців. За результатами першочергових оперативно-розшукових дій правоохоронці встановили, що до вказаної автопригоди може бути причетним позашляховик темного кольору на іноземній реєстрації. На пошуки автомобіля та водія орієнтовано всі наряди Чернівецької області, а також сусідніх областей.
За фактом ДТП слідчі Хотинського відділення поліції розпочали кримінальне провадження за частиною 2 статті 286 (Порушення правил безпеки дорожнього руху або експлуатації транспорту особами, які керують транспортними засобами) Кримінального кодексу України.
